I would like to thank you and your colleagues at Willard Conservation for your help and understanding regarding electrics & RCD’s which is well over my head. I appreciate the time and appreciated the after sales service which your team provided. I look forward to working with Willard Conservation in the future when the time arises again.

Standard Control Unit

The Willard Control Unit was first developed over 50 years ago, whilst the components within both control unit models have been updated several times, the excellent proven quality, durability and reliability remains unchanged. The Standard model is suitable for use with the temperature control of  Willard Heated Spatula types: 1EM, 1EC, 1E, 2E, 3E, 4E, 5E, Grooved E and can also be used with the additional temperature monitor.

A large, easy to read dial is used to set the desired surface temperature of the selected Willard Heated Spatula between ambient (room) temperature and 150°C (300°F) in 1°C steps.

A red diode on the face of the Control Unit, illuminates and pulses to indicate when heat is being delivered to the hand tool.  Once the pre-set temperature has been achieved the red diode ceases to illuminate .  The set temperature is constantly maintained throughout the period of operation by further pulses of power for maximum consistency of temperature, when this occurs the red diode will once again illuminate and pulse.

All units incorporate cut-out circuits with input and output fused over-rides to ensure safe operation.

Standard Control Unit Size is approximately 200 x 200 x 85mm (8 x 8 x 3in) and Weighs: 3.7kg (8 lb)
