Shipping, Installation and Commissioning
All Willard products are supplied as delivered units to the conservator. They are carefully packed in custom-built boxes or crates to prevent damage. Installation and associated commissioning, if appropriate, is provided by Willard factory trained technicians to ensure trouble-free use for many years.
Servicing and Maintenance
The provision of ongoing servicing and routine maintenance is recommended to ensure efficient use of the equipment, and to verify that calibration standards are maintained.
Training
The design of all Willard equipment has been in close conjunction with leading conservators. The specific best practice techniques in using the equipment are therefore carried out using a conservator, usually a user of similar equipment, and a Willard specialist, to advise on the equipment use.
All Willard equipment is designed for many years of trouble-free service.
