Studio Luminaires

This range of Luminaires for the conservator has been designed to provide excellent colour rendering through high quality illumination (natural lighting effect). They can be either floor or ceiling mounted, and are carefully balanced to ensure effortless manoeuvring and positioning.

The standard Luminaire is comprised of 6No. 1200mm tubes

The floor standing model is fitted to a purpose made fully adjustable floor stand mounted on lockable castors.The Luminaire body is constructed from powder coated aluminium one-piece casing incorporating elegant rounded corners and edges. The inset front panel minimises wide angle light spillage by directing the light source through 10mm (1/2in) cell aluminium louvres to optimise light quality. This removable panel allows simple access for fitting of replacemant tubes (Philips specialist triphosphor recommended). Each Luminaire is fitted with electronic high-frequency control gear to ensure excellent quality of light and efficient electricity use, lighting levels can be controlled through switching banks of tubes, or by optional dimming.

The ceiling fixed model can either be suspended on a  pantograph assembly (A fully balanced scissor lift) which can provide an extension range of  up to three metres and a ceiling box to provide rotation OR mounted directly to the ceiling for a fixed height and position or track mounted.
