Suction Cleaning and washing Table

The Willard Suction Cleaning and washing Table is designed for controllable medium pressure, induced flow washing and rinsing where larger quantities of water are required. It may also be used as a large sink unit for immersion and gravity flow washing.

The equipment consists of 3 main parts.

A, Removable, perforated suction top.

B, Stainless steel washing tank (or sink) with smooth rolled edges, extra thick base and tilting mechanism.

C,Support frame on heavy duty lockable castors and a full width shelf for the storage of trays and materials.

An optional height adjustment feature allows an optimum height to be achieved in both modes.

Mode: 1. With suction top in place and exhauster connected it is suitable for high volume induced flow treatments. Air extracted through ports in the periphery of the work surface create negative pressure drawing water, washing solutions and air through the object and the perforated sheet into the tank below for eventual drainage.

Mode: 2. With the suction top removed the tank may be used as a laboratory sink. The tilting mechanism allows for efficient drainage and gravity flow washing. In addition to handling full sized items, this configuration is exceedingly useful for containment and drainage when treating a number of smaller items in trays.

This product requires a Suction Source to be operated. from £16,250
