  • To our accounts service Xero to raise orders, invoices, credit notes and reconcile payments/refunds.

We will occasionally inform you of new services/products related to those you have ordered or registered for and of changes and activities that may be of interest to you. You have the right to opt-out of receiving this information at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in all such communications. Server Logs
Our website does not automatically capture or store personal information, other than logging the user’s IP address and session information such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser used. This is recognised by the Web server and is only used for system administration and to provide statistics, which we use to evaluate use of the site. This policy does not cover links within this site to other websites.

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of our website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. Cookies are also used to store information related to processing orders you place through our website, for example details of products you have added to your cart.

How long we retain Personal Data records

We retain all records related to the provision of goods and services for the minimum period required by law, currently 6 years. For the purpose of business tracking and planning, we may retain such records for longer periods. Other records, such as website visitor tracking are retained for a maximum of 2 years.
